Connect to Your ATS
Ezra integrates directly with your Applicant Tracking System (ATS) so you can import jobs, invite candidates, and sync results — all without leaving your existing workflow.
This is a one-time setup performed by a company admin. It requires a live call with the Ezra support team.
Supported ATS platforms

What happens during the setup call
The Ezra team will walk you through the following steps together:
1. Create an API key in your ATS
You'll generate an API key or OAuth token in your ATS admin settings. This gives Ezra read/write access to your jobs and candidates. The exact steps vary by ATS — the Ezra team will guide you.
2. Enable the Ezra integration in your ATS
In your ATS settings, you'll enable the Ezra integration and paste in your API credentials. This authorizes the two systems to communicate.
3. Sync and configure custom fields
Ezra creates custom fields in your ATS to store interview results — for example, overall score, completion status, and a link to the full Ezra evaluation. These fields appear on candidate profiles and in reports.
4. Add Ezra to your interview plan
For each role where you want to use Ezra, you'll add an "Ezra Screen" stage to the ATS interview plan. You can configure this stage to automatically trigger an Ezra invitation when a candidate reaches that stage.
After setup
Once integration is live:
- Import jobs — Pull open roles from your ATS directly into Ezra (see Import an Interview)
- Invite candidates — Move a candidate to the Ezra Screen stage in your ATS to trigger an automatic invite (see Invite via ATS)
- Review results — Scores and completion status sync automatically back to candidate profiles in your ATS (see Review Assessments)
