Import an interview from your ATS
If your ATS integration is set up, you can pull open roles directly into Ezra rather than uploading a job description manually.
Prerequisites
Your company's ATS integration must be configured first. See Connect to Your ATS.
Steps
- Go to My Interviews in the Ezra sidebar
- Click Create / Add New Interview
- Under Import from ATS, click Import Job
- A list of your open roles from the ATS will appear
- Select the role you want to create an interview for
- Click Import
Ezra will pull in the job title, description, and any other available role details.
After importing
- Review the auto-populated role details and make any edits
- Click Continue to move on to training Ezra for this role

Importing from ATS is strongly recommended when your workflow involves tracking candidate status in the ATS, because it enables automatic result sync and candidate attribution.
