Create an Interview
An interview in Ezra represents an open role. You create one interview per role, train Ezra to conduct it, and then invite as many candidates as you need.
Already have an ATS connected?
You can import a job directly from your ATS instead. See Import an Interview for step-by-step instructions.
Getting started
Navigation: My Interviews → Create / Add New Interview → upload a .docx or .pdf file
Ezra will parse the document and extract:
- Job title
- Company description
- Key duties and responsibilities
- Requirements and qualifications
You can review and edit all extracted fields before proceeding.
What happens after you create an interview
Creating an interview is just the first step. You'll still need to train Ezra before candidates can start interviewing — this is where you set the questions, define what a great candidate looks like, and give Ezra the context it needs to represent your company well.
