Invite via ATS
The recommended way to invite candidates is through your ATS. This method automatically attributes each interview to the right candidate and syncs results back to their profile — no manual tracking needed.
Prerequisites
Your ATS integration must be set up and the interview must have been created by importing the job from your ATS. See Connect to Your ATS and Import an Interview.
How it works
- In your ATS, move the candidate to the Recruiter Screen stage (or whichever stage has been configured to trigger an Ezra assessment)
- The Ezra preview panel will appear on the candidate's ATS profile
- Send an interview invitation using the designated email template in your ATS — this template contains a unique link for that specific candidate
- The candidate receives the email and completes the interview at their convenience
Bulk invitations
To invite multiple candidates at once, select them in your ATS and send a bulk email using the same template. Each candidate receives a unique link.
What happens automatically
Once a candidate completes their interview:
- Ezra scores and evaluates the interview
- The overall score and completion status sync back to the candidate's ATS profile
- A link to the full Ezra evaluation appears in the Assessments tab of the candidate's ATS profile

Candidate experience
With an ATS invite link:
- Ezra recognizes the candidate automatically — no login required
- The candidate just clicks the link and follows the on-screen prompts
