Intro to Ezra
Ezra is an AI-powered voice interview platform designed to help recruiters and hiring teams screen candidates quickly, consistently, and at scale. Ezra conducts structured voice interviews on your behalf — asking your questions, following up intelligently, and evaluating each candidate against the criteria you set.
How it works
- Create an interview — Upload a job description or import a role directly from your ATS. Ezra uses it to build an initial interview plan.
- Train Ezra — Tell Ezra what to ask, what a great answer looks like, and what your ideal candidate looks like. You can even take a test interview yourself.
- Invite candidates — Share an interview link or send invitations through your ATS. Candidates complete the interview in their browser — no downloads required.
- Review results — Ezra scores each candidate automatically and syncs results back to your ATS. Review transcripts, recordings, communication signals, and cheat detection findings at a glance.
