Billing & Seats

Manage your subscription, track usage, and control team access from Admin Settings.

Billing

Current plan

The Billing tab shows your current subscription plan and what it includes — interview volume, seat count, and any add-ons.

Usage

Track how many interviews have been conducted in the current billing period and how close you are to any usage limits.

Payment

Update your payment method or billing contact from the Billing tab.

Upgrades and changes

To change your plan, upgrade, or discuss enterprise options, contact support@ezraailabs.tech.

Seats

A seat represents one active team member in your Ezra workspace.

Viewing seats

Go to Admin SettingsSeat Management to see:

  • Total seats in your plan
  • Active members (seat used)
  • Pending invitations (seat reserved until accepted or expired)
  • Available seats

Adding seats

If you've reached your seat limit and need to add more, contact support@ezraailabs.tech.

Removing members

To free up a seat, find the team member in Seat Management, click the menu next to their name, and select Remove. Their historical activity and interview data are retained.
