The candidate evaluation page is organized into tabs:
| Tab | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Summary | Overall score, question-by-question breakdown, strengths, and opportunities for growth |
| Recording | Full video/audio recording of the interview with playback controls |
| Transcript | Complete conversation transcript (Ezra's questions + candidate's answers), synced to the recording |
| Communication Analysis | Sentiment over time, communication style signals (if enabled) |
| Cheat Detection | Flags for scripted or assisted answers (if enabled) |
| Follow-Up Questions | Suggested questions for your next round interview, generated by Ezra based on the candidate's responses |
Navigating with timestamps
In the Summary tab, each question score links to the corresponding moment in the recording. Click a question to jump directly to that part of the interview.
Ask Ezra about the candidate
At any point while reviewing, you can click Ask Ezra to open a chat panel and ask questions about the candidate — for example, "Did they mention any experience managing remote teams?" or "What was their most impressive answer?"
