Admin Settings

The Admin Settings page is available to users with the Admin role. It contains company-wide configuration that applies across all interviews and team members.

Navigate to the sidebar and click Admin Settings.

Global Interview Settings

Set the default values for new interviews. These can be overridden at the individual interview level.

Integrations

View and manage your ATS connections:

  • See the connection status for each ATS
  • Disconnect an integration if needed
  • View the last sync time

To set up a new integration, see Connect to Your ATS.

Communication Preferences

Configure default notification settings for the company:

  • Email notifications — Default recipients for new registrations, completions, and issues
  • Slack integration — Connect Ezra to your Slack workspace and configure default channels

Company Documents

Upload documents that Ezra should know about across all interviews — for example:

  • General company overview
  • Benefits and compensation information
  • Company culture or values documents
  • Brand guidelines

These documents are part of Ezra's knowledge base for every interview. For role-specific documents, upload them in the individual interview's Additional Context step instead (see Additional Context).
